This month Whitman Partners unveiled a new website, one that we hope will bring even greater resources to our friends and associates with more speed and clarity.
The one place we hope everyone visits—candidates for Director of Surgical Services positions and hiring managers alike—is our map of job opportunities throughout the nation. On this map we pinpoint locations of more than 500 open Director of Surgical Services positions, whether or not it is a facility with which we have a contract.
This map is a fitting illustration of our business philosophy. We want the recruitment industry to improve—to be more open. We hope to disrupt the normal inefficient channels of recruitment. We want Director of Surgical Services candidates to have easier access to this valuable information and to act upon it quickly. In the name of greater efficiency and transparency, we offer this resource so that surgical facilities will be able to gain wider visibility for their open positions and make a better hire faster.
