Placement: University of Toledo Medical Center
Whitman Partners placed Pamela Antonance as Administrator of Surgical Services at University of Toledo Medical Center. The position will be based in Toledo, Ohio. Ms. Antonance was previously the Interim Director of Surgical Services at Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey. In this role, she was responsible for bringing forward a new culture, increasing access and case volume, as well as decreasing spend, policy and standard work.
Previous to that, she was the Inteirm Director of Surgical Services at both Bronson Methodist Hospital in Kalamazoo, Michigan. There, she was responsible for bring 4 hospital ORs together as a system, as well as completing the expansion and opening of a twentieth OR at the hospital. She completed her Master’s of Science in Nursing, Leadership, and Management at Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
