Owensboro Health Regional Hospital Hires New Director of Surgical Services
Whitman Partners placed Scott Adler as the Director of Surgical Services at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. The position is based in Owensboro, Kentucky. Previously, Mr. Adler worked at Sky Lakes Medical Center in Klamath Falls, Oregon, as the Director of Surgical Services. In that position, he was responsible for 54 FTEs, including 1 OR Manager, 1 PACU Manager, 1 SPD Supervisor, and 1 Educator. The facility was home to a Level III Trauma center with 6 operating rooms and 2 procedure rooms, producing 6000 cases per year. The search was conducted by Chris Harter, Client Partner. Tyler Leonard, Client Partner, assisted him with this position.
Mr. Adler is a seasoned surgical services professional with over twenty years of experience in the health care industry, including over seven years in operating room and surgical services management. Aside from his career experience, he also bring a LEAN Six Sigma Green Belt certification, as well as CNOR certification. Previous to his work in health, he proudly served in the United States Air Force. He also graduated Magna Cum Laude with all three of his degrees, including a M.S. Nursing Administration from American Sentinel University.
