New Placement – Staci Berman, Director of Surgical Services
Congratulations to Staci Berman who is the new placement at Doylestown Hospital in Doylestown, PA, as their new Director of Surgical Services.
Staci Berman is a seasoned perioperative leader with over 20 years of experience in fast-paced hospital and ambulatory care surgical settings. In her previous position as Interim Clinical Director at Bluffton-Okatie Surgery Center in South Carolina, she oversaw a facility that averaged 375-425 cases a month. She led organizational change for the electronic Press Ganey patient experience program, One Medical Passport, and other technological practices. Berman also designed and implemented learning and continued education for all clinical staff and is proficient in health insurance structures, particularly Medicare and Medicaid.
