Congratulations to Janice Nichols who is the new placement at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine, as their new System Director – Surgery Service Line.
Janice Nichols is an accomplished healthcare management professional with an extensive experience in nursing care management. She collaborates with senior leadership in strategic planning and policy development, builds highly efficient teams, and creates budgets emphasizing optimizing resources and cost controls. In her previous position as Director of Perioperative Services at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, she oversaw the OR, pre/post-anesthesia units, pre-admission testing, endoscopy, and SPD. As a member of the U.S. Armed Forces, Nichols also directed military clinics as an Air Force officer.
