New Placement – Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services
Congratulations to Leiran Cornish who is the new placement at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, Lebanon, NH as the Nurse Manager of Perioperative Services.
In her previous position, Leiran Cornish was the OR nurse manager for Providence Health Sacred Heart Medical Center in Spokane, WA. In this role, she had oversight of 200 FTEs, 21 inpatient ORs, and six outpatient ORs. Her responsibilities included reestablishing the Unit Based Counsel in the OR, being lead hiring manager, and mentoring and developing new assistant nurse manager leaders and surgical technician supervisors. She cultivated a safe, understanding, and cooperative OR culture for each service line. Before this role, she was the assistant nurse manager for the same facility over Pediatric, Plastic, and ENT service lines.
