In his previous role, Dustyn Miller was the operating room nurse manager/ interim director at Seattle Children’s Hospital, overseeing 23 operating room suites. He also served as the liaison between supply, SPD, cath lab, endo, and IR. He has earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing and is expected to complete his Master of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in November 2022. Miller believes it is essential for organizations to place a high value on teamwork, equity, and accountability.
