Whitman Partners placed Tracey Penaloza as the Director of Surgical Services at Mercy Medical Center – Baltimore. The position, based in Baltimore, Maryland, oversees 30 OR suites and five endoscopy suites for a total of over 16,000 cases annually. Previously, Ms. Penaloza worked as the Nurse Manager, General Operating Room at the University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, Maryland. In that position, she oversaw 36 OR suites and over 150 FTEs.
Ms. Penaloza received both her BSN and MSN from the University of Maryland School of Nursing, also in Baltimore, Maryland.
