JOB DESCRIPTION:

Director of Sales

Candidate will lead an established sales department currently producing $10,000,000 in annualsales revenue. Team consists of 12 permanent placement recruiters, two temp team recruiters, and four portfolio managers in the healthcare industry. Growing company needs an experienced, goal-oriented sales manager to improve performance, set and meet revenue goals, manage sales department, and establish industry connections to improve market performance.

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Daily business development meetings
  • Setting quarterly and annual goals for producersbased on firm measurement criteria
  • Meet with below-goal performers forperformance planning
  • Set long-term professional development plan
  • New Hires
  • Quarterly reviews
  • Training on sales development
  • Implement an objection handling paradigm
  • Attend industry conferences to network withbuying managers
  • Establish relationships with top-level hospitalsystem executives

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Will have 7+ years of experience in sales management across two or more companies in differing markets with special emphasis on services sales to industries with long sales cycles and multiple decision-makers. Healthcare sales experience a plus but not mandatory with comparable experience. Should be able to bring strong proven strategies andknowledge of sales theory and an innate skill for quick learning within a niche market.

JOB TYPE & PAY

Full-time

Base: $120,000 – $150,000 per year plus performance bonuses
