Congratulations to Victoria Butler who is the new Director of System Residency Program at MedStar Health – Corporate in Columbia, MD.
Victoria Butler has a proven track record of exceptional, strategically focused leadership. In her previous position, she was the Associate CNO at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, MS. She oversaw the surgical services division of Mississippi’s only Level 1 trauma and transplant center. This included three OR locations, post-anesthesia areas, SPD, surgery business office, and inpatient/outpatient GI/pulmonary units. Before that, she was the Surgery Consultant/Interim OR Director for the Christus Health System. There, she assessed surgical performance across multiple hospital locations, analyzing performance metrics related to budget, case volumes, leadership, efficiency, and recommended improvements.
