In her previous role, Devin Turney was the Department Manager of the OR and CVOR of Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center in CA. Responsibilities included oversight of 9 main ORs, one procedure room, two cardiovascular ORs, and management of labor, supplies, and instrumentation. Before that, she was the Senior Clinical Manager over the main OR and CVOR at Banner Estrella Medical Center. Here, she managed 70 FTEs and five direct reports. Turney is self-driven, calm under pressure, and thrives in collaborative team environments.
