Director of Perioperative Services placement at Great Falls Clinic Hospital
Whitman Partners congratulates Scott Alder who is the new Director of Perioperative Services at Great Falls Clinic Hospital.
Scott has almost a decade of experience as a Director of Surgical Services. He began his career in the United States Air Force as a scrub tech, serving during the Gulf War. As an RN, Scott has worked at Level 1, 2, and 3 trauma centers, managed up to 260 FTEs, and worked as a preceptor. As a Director, he has had oversight over pre-anesthesia screening, endoscopy, PACU, and creating and managing budgets. He also has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
What inspires Scott:
“I believe my role as a leader is to lead by example by supporting the team to ensure that they can meet the primary mission of healthcare: focused patient care with safety as our top priority. I make sure my team has the training and equipment to do their job safely and efficiently.”
